We offer free shipping on UK orders over £140.00 and EU orders over £250.00.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will genrally ship that day via DPD on a signed and tracked next-day service, though this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods. If goods arrive damaged or broken as result of mishandling in transit please keep the packaging and contact us immediately.
UK - 1 to 2 working days - £4.50
EU - 3 to 7 working days - price calculated in shopping cart
International - 7 to 10 working days - price calculated in shopping cart
UK customers will receive delivery updates once their orders are dispatched and be notified of their 1-hour delivery slot via SMS and E-Mail on the day of delivery. Goods will usually arrive the next working day after dispatch for most of the UK mainland, though this is not guaranteed with our Standard shipping service. Deliveries to the Highlands & Islands may take slightly longer.
Shipping for international customers will be calculated once you enter your delivery address at checkout. UK sales tax (VAT at 20%) will be deducted on all orders outside of the EU.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. Please check with your local authorities before placing the order.
Due to the closure of the buisness all orders placed on and after 21st August will not be eligible for a refund or to be exchanged with all sales being final. Goods bought before this date are eligible to be reuturned to us but would have to arrive before the 1st September in order to be processed. Goods must be in a new and unused condition, with all original packaging and/or labelling still attached, as well as proof of purchase . A refund will be actioned and processed within 3 working days from receipt of the returned item(s) and could take up to 5 working days to clear into your bank account.
We recommend that items returned to us are sent via a trackable service. All return postage charges to be met by customer, unless returning an item due to a fault. In this case we request that you email us for further instructions.
